How to book with a voucher

In order to make a reservation, you need to call the respective salon where you want the services specified in your voucher to be performed. The phone numbers are written on the business card and the voucher.

An employee will ask you to:

• type of service or voucher value - if you have a voucher value, you must select a service from our site www.thaispa.bg ;
• validity of the voucher - from the date of purchase to the date of expiry;
• photo of the voucher - sent to Viber, Whatsapp or e-mail to the specific salon to verify the data you have provided and record the voucher code that starts with V (contains 8 Latin letters and no numbers).

After sending the photo, you will receive a confirmation from our employee for the day and time you requested. The day before the reservation, you will receive a call to confirm your appointment.

Please respect the validity of the voucher! Vouchers issued by Thai Spa are valid for 4 months. Upon expiry, the voucher can be used after paying 50% of its value, according to Thai Spa policy. If you have any questions, write to us at clients@thaispa.bg .
